For those of us actively in the Central Oregon real estate market, this was known to be coming for some time. Friday afternoon, Community First Bank, based in Prineville was declared insolvent and ordered to close their doors. Now the only question is how many other locally based banks will not survive what many believe to be the coming devaluation in the commercial real estate market.
Kerry O'Neal has been a licensed broker for over 12 years. He has worked with residential, commercial, and industrial properties in the Central Oregon area for over 5 years.
