June Market Update

As we start to head into summer, the local real estate market continues to pick up speed. We haven’t seen noticeable increases in pricing, but buyers are out picking up the deals as they are coming on the market.
The best evidence of this was a property I showed this last week. In the middle of the day, on a Thursday, four different parties were touring the same house. Bank-owned and relatively new to the market, it’s the kind of property that is getting a lot of attention in this market.
We’ve helped our clients move three homes in the last month. None of them were easy, but this is the kind of market where experience really shines through. If you have any questions on buying or selling please don’t hesitate to contact us.
