2008 Central Oregon Tour of Homes
July 21, 2008
It’s that time of year again, and for once, I was able to simply enjoy seeing the tour rather than working it. There are a few less homes than last year, and a lot of the prices seem to have come down, which you would expect in this market.
You can view the tour book online at http://www.print2webcorp.com/news/WesternComm/Bend-Homes/20080709/p01.asp
I was only able to view a handful of the homes, and most of those were the on the higher end. Of special note was Gary Norman’s custom on Hollygrape. It is a beautiful, asian inspired, flip plan overlooking the Deschutes River Canyon. Gary always builds a quality home, but this one is especially handsome. At $2.8M, it seemed a good value for the quality.

New Site
July 16, 2008
So far the new site seems to be working pretty well. If anyone notices a bug or glitch anywhere, please don’t hestitate to let me know about it. As with any new project this is full of unexpected challenges.
Very soon I’ll be adding more information and resources for buyers and sellers. I hope that every finds this site as a resource for anything they are doing in real estate.
