It’s that time of year again, and for once, I was able to simply enjoy seeing the tour rather than working it. There are a few less homes than last year, and a lot of the prices seem to have come down, which you would expect in this market.

I was only able to view a handful of the homes, and most of those were the on the higher end. Of special note was Gary Norman’s custom on Hollygrape. It is a beautiful, asian inspired, flip plan overlooking the Deschutes River Canyon. Gary always builds a quality home, but this one is especially handsome. At $2.8M, it seemed a good value for the quality.
